iPhone Case Release Delayed

As some of you know, Magpul announced the iPhone Field Case last January at the 2010 SHOT Show, with a product release scheduled for late February. Unfortunately, the current Field Case fit and finish are not representative of the quality and value that customers have come to expect from Magpul equipment. As a result, Magpul has chosen to delay its release in order to address these issues.

Ever since the company was founded in 1999, speed and efficiency in product development have been top priorities, but they will always remain secondary to the quality and performance for which Magpul is known. Delays such as these are understandably frustrating, but are sometimes necessary to avoid betraying the brand, and more importantly, the customers’ trust in Magpul products. More information and release dates will be posted as they become available.

strange that you are the only person so far tnegitg this bug? perhaps you have two catablog folders in your plugins folder or you have declared a function somewhere in your theme or in one of your other plugins that has the same name. could you try activating the plugin with the twentyten theme enabled and no other plugins activated and see if it works. thanks.

Hello,

Your case came strongly recommended from a friend. I examined his case and thought it was great, so I purchased one for myself. I was pleased originally, but then realized our lifestyles may be different. After a cold weather trip, I noticed the case was loose on the phone giving it an annoying flaw. The phone slides around in the case...is this to be expected with the synthetics you are using? It would be nice to know before I purchase another case. If you case functioned as originally purchased it would be awesome and I wouldn't hesitate to replace it if I had some assurances this was a one time slip in the manufacturing process.

the problem with Android phones is they change styles every 4 months. Magpul isn't in the mobile phone market, they make rifle accessories. that being said, they can make a mold for the iPhone and know it will last at least 18 months, unlike the Motorola Droid __________, or Samsung Galaxy __________.
